On February 9, at 11:19 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that trucks had been unable to continue their journey due to black ice near Aghvani village: there was a traffic jam at the intersection. The rescuers' help is needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

From 11:45 to 18:11, the rescuers pulled 28 stuck trucks out by towing, which continued their process: 155 stuck cars and 165 trucks were pulled out and continued their journey.
