On November 8, at 05:16 information was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that a truck had skidded to a halt on the road, as a result the road was two-way closed at the end of Verin Khotanan village: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers towed "Volvo" truck (driver F. R.) for about 100 meters, which continued process: traffic flow was restored.

40 trucks and 10 passenger cars in the traffic jam continued.
