On February 13, at 11։28 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that resident of Geghakar settlement had been needed medical attention, but the doctor was unable to approach the patient due to the impassability of the road: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers moved the ambulance doctor to one of the houses on 3rd Street in Geghakar settlement and then moved the citizen to the ambulance for hospitalization.
The citizen was hospitalized at the medical center.
