On November 16, at 07:27 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that a horse had fallen in the hatch near building 2/2 in the Taron 2 district in Vanadzor town and had not been able to get out: rescuers’ need help.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Recue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers with the help of special equipment pulled the animal out of the hatch (about 2 meters).
