On November 2, at 16:28 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had fallen and injured his leg near the chapel called "Surb Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh village of Lori province: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers lowed L. M. (born in 1985) down by rescue vehicle (about 2 km) and moved to the private car.
