On October 22, at 12:39 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that truck skidded to halt near Aghvani village, as a result the roadway was two-way closed: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Aghvani emergency point of the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers towed (about 30 meters) "Volvo" truck (driver S. Z.) and removed it from the roadway: the traffic flow was  restored.
