On September 8, at 13։15 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that a citizen had been fallen and injured his leg in Yenokavan village: the rescuers' help was needed.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers moved F. M. (born in 1959) to the rescue vehicle on a stretcher (about 2 km) and then to the ambulance: the casualty was hospitalized in a medical center, where his health condition was assessed as satisfactory.
