On September 14, at 15։23 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that a citizen had fallen and injured his leg near the "Saint Hovhannes" chapel in Hartagyugh village: e rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers lowered the citizen on a stretcher and moved to the ambulance.
