On August 26, at 18:40 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that a citizen had fallen and injured his leg near "Saint Hovhannes" chapel in Hartagyugh village: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers lowered the citizen down about 500 meters from the mountainside and moved to the ambulance.
