On August 16, at 16։28 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had fallen and injured his leg near the chapel called "Saint Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh village: the rescuers' help was needed to lower the citizen and close to the ambulance.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers lowered the citizen on a stretcher about 200 meters and moved to the ambulance.
