On August 17, at 14։10 information was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that water rescuers on duty had noticed a boat overturned about 200 meters from a shore at the 3rd public beach of Lake Sevan: the rescuers’ help was needed.

The water rescuers pulled the citizen ashore from about 500 meters from the shore.
