On August 12, at 12։08 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had fallen into a gorge and injured his leg while laying stones for a fence near the church of Saint Mesrop Mashtots of Oshakan village: the rescuers' help was needed.

The operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers raised the citizen on a stretcher from the ravine (about 20 meters) and moved to the ambulance.
