On August 9, at 09:55 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had injured his leg near the chapel called "Surb Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh village of Lori province: the rescuers’ help was needed. 

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers lowered the citizen about 100 meters on a stretcher and moved to the medical center in a rescue vehicle.
