On August 25, at 09։59 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that a citizen had a bad feeling and unable to get off the roof (about 9 meters): the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers lowered S. G. (born in 1990) from the roof of a newly built house on Stepanyan street.
