On December 31, at 17:58 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that elevator of a house had broken and fallen from a height of about 3 meters on Shahumyan 4th Street of Yerevan city: there was a casualty. The rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department and the operative group from Crisis Management National Center of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that freight elevator of the half-built building broke and fell.. Citizen E. K. (born in 1978) was on the elevator.

The rescuers moved the casualty to the ambulance. The latter was hospitalized in a medical center.
