On December 3, at 10:12 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that small truck had skidded to a halt due to black ice: the roadway was two-way closed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched.

The rescuers put "Daf" truck back onto its wheels using special equipment: the traffic flow was restored.
