On November 17, at 11:25 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that on Aghvani-Tatev roadway trucks had not been able to continue driving due to black ice.

One fire unit from the Aghvani emergency point of the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

Rescuers implemented activities to eliminate icing on the 1st kilometer of Aghvani-Tatev roadway. 103 vehicles were pulled from the blockage: the traffic flow was restored.
