On April 7, at 17։19 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Opertive Management Center of the MIA that citizen had fallen from a hillside and injured his leg on the rising hillside to the chapel called "Surb Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh settlement: the rescuers’ help was needed 

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers provided the citizen with appropriate assistance on the spot, then moved to the ambulance on a stretcher.
