On January 21, at 12։41 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that truck had gotten stuck in a layer of snow at the 2nd km of Voskevan-Koti roadway: the roadway was one-way closed.

One operative group from Kot Fire and Rescue Squad of Noyemberyan Preservation of Special Objects of the Collective Center of the Civil Protection Forces of the Population Protection and Civil Defense Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers used special equipment (a tractor) to remove stuck “Mercedes-Benz” out: the traffic was flow was restored.
