On July 20, at 19:51 an emergency call was received to Vayots Dzor Regional Crisis Management Center that the basement of a building on Zoravar Vardan Street in Yeghegnadzor town had been flooded: the rescuers’ help was needed.

The operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

Using a motor pump, rescuers removed approximately 150 tons of water from the basement floor (about 1500 square meters).
