Since December 27 the Rescue Service units were providing enhanced service on the roads of the Republic due to heavy snowfall by order of the Director of RS-Deputy Minister of IA.

The Rescue Service units actively cooperated with the Police Patrol Service, local government representatives, and employees of "CHANSHIN".

From 08:00 on December 27 to 08:00 on December 28, the National and Regional Crisis Management Centers of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received emergency calls about the stuck vehicles due to heavy snowfall.

The Rescue Service units conducted patrols and were on duty, as a result responding promptly to the situation, they pulled stuck 47 vehicles out and provided appropriate assistance to 92 citizens.
