On July 25, at 20:28 emergency calls were received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center regarding the capsized boat in the Azat Reservoir (three citizens were stranded on small islets) and cars trapped in rainwater.

Two operative groups from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department, the rescue group from the Center for Carrying Out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department and the operative group from Crisis Management National Center of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs were dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers safely evacuated three citizens from the islets formed in the Azat Reservoir area and extracted three stranded cars.
