On April 12, at 09:42 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Operative Management Center that dog had been in the Aghstev river in Ijevan town.

The rescuers from Ijevan Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers pulled the dog out of the river and moved to a safe area.
