On September 29, at 23:33 information was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that the dead body had been found in a water pipe near Banavan district of Ararat town: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Departments of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers pulled H.  B.'s (born in 1989) dead body out of the aqueduct and moved to the mortuary vehicle.
