On April 1, at 06:56 an emergency call was received to Ararat Crisis Management Center that citizen might have fallen into a canal near a house on Gayi Street in Sis village: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers find and pulled out the dead body of R. V. (born 1974) out of a canal about 2 meters deep.
