On May 9, at 16:00 information was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that dead body had been noticed 3-4 km from the Akhtala-Shnogh section during the search operations conducted by the rescuers in the Debed River.

At 18:59, rescuers pulled the dead body of a man who fell into the river in a car on May 2 from the Debed River.
