On September 23, at 16։39 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had fallen into the river in Haghartsin village.

One fire unit from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the citizen had fallen into the Haghartsin River.

The rescuers pulled the citizen out of the river and carried him on a stretcher to the ambulance (about 20 meters). The casualty was hospitalized at a medical center.
