On September 18, at 14։17 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had fallen into the Voghji River: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers pulled the citizen out of the river and moved to the ambulance. He was hospitalized.
