On May 28, at 17:18 information was received to Vayots Dzor Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had fallen into water storage basin and injured his leg a ravine near Vernashen village: the rescuers’ help was needed.

The operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers pulled the citizen out of the canyon on a stretcher.
