On April 21, at 18:49 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Operative Management Center that car accident had occurred near “Hreshtakneri dzor” area in Vedi town.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Departments of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.  

It turned out that “VAZ” car ran off the roadway and overturned into the Barakaghbyur river: there were no casualties.

The rescuers with special equipment pulled the car out of the river.
