On December 20, at 12:48 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred on the 4th km of Kajaran-Meghri roadway: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that “Mitsubishi” car (driver A. S.) ran off the roadway and slid about 100 meters into the canyon. There were no casualties.

The rescuers disconnected automotive battery of the car and pulled it out of the gorge.
