On July 29, at 12:28 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that in the Dzoraget gorge, in the area known as "Gomeradzor," a vehicle had become stuck in the river while attempting to cross. 

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

Before the rescuers arrived on the scene four citizens had been pulled out of the car by the local forces.

The rescuers pulled the stuck "Mitsubishi" car.
