On October 28, at 09։32 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that citizen's dead body had been seen in the "Arevik" pond in Victory park of Yerevan city.
 
The rescue group of the Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers pulled the man's dead body out of the pond.
