On November 12, at 12:50 information was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that trucks had been stuck in a layer of snow near Ltsen village: the roadway was two-way closed.

One fire unit from the Aghvani emergency point of the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers pulled stuck 7 trucks out, as well as about 50 passenger cars and 200 trucks were able to get out of the traffic jam.

The traffic flow was restored.
