From January 9, at 08։00 to February 15, at 08։00 the Crisis Management National and Regional Centers of the Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs received emergency calls regarding the stuck vehicles due to heavy snowfall throughout the Republic.

The Rescue Service units in cooperation with the Police Patrol Service, local government representatives and "CHANSHIN" employees pulled stuck 243 vehicles out and provided appropriate assistance to 379 citizens.
