On July 27, at 18:45 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that while descending from the Shoghakat peak of the Tsaghkunyats mountain range, near the village of Melikgyugh, a citizen had injured their leg: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers carried the citizen about 2 kilometers on a stretcher, then transported them approximately 1 kilometer by a rescue vehicle and brought them to the ambulance.
