On October 10, at 16։33 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that the citizen had been fallen and injured his leg on the hillside from Mets Parni village to "Surb Hovhannes" chapel.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the citizen down the hillside (about 1 km).
