On July 24, at 23:47 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that fire had broken out in the Hrazdan Gorge of Yerevan city, near the children's railway.

Forces and equipment from Rescue Service of the MIA, including several fire units from Yerevan Rescue Department, the group on-duty from the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities and operative group from the Crisis Management National Center dispatched to the scene.

Thanks to the coordinated actions of the involved forces, the fire was quickly localized and fully extinguished. The spread of the fire to adjacent areas was successfully prevented.
