On October 31, at 11։08 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that barn had been on fire in Getik village.

Two fire units and the operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squads of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the roof of a barn (about 72 square meters) and forage in the yard of a house on 4th Street were burning.

The fire was localized at 12:35 and extinguished at 13:56. The roof of the barn and about 300 bales of hay were burnt.

The rescuers prevented the fire from spreading to the house.
