On September 4, at 20:14 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that a citizen had been trying to commit suicide in a house in Arteni village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers lowered unharmed A.  B. (born in 2002) and T. A. (born in 2001) about 30 meters high from the chimney tower of the boiler house.
