On September 8, from 11:58 the emergency calls were received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that a number of citizens had needed the rescuers' help near "St. Hovhannes" chapel of Hartagyugh village due to physical injuries, poor health and other circumstances.

The fire unit on duty at the scene regularly provided adequate assistance to the citizens, moved them to the ambulances and to a safe area.
