On August 25, at 21:27 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that a tree had broken due to the wind and fallen on a citizen near 9 Isahakyan Street of Yerevan city: the rescuers’ help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.  

It turned out that the branch of the tree (about 8 meters) was broken due to the wind and fell on A. A. (born in 1999) and G.  Z. (born in 1982).

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, the branch had been removed from the citizens by the local forces: the casualties were hospitalized in a medical center.

The rescuers moved the tree branch to a safe area.
