On August 25, at 12:10 information was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that the water rescuers  on duty had noticed a citizen about 15 meters  away from the shore and unable to return on his own on  the 2nd public beach of Lake Sevan.

The rescuers moved citizen S. Kh. (born in 2002) to the shore.
