On August 13, at 10։30 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that citizen had fallen into a gorge in the territory of called "Zikatar" in Koghb village of Tavush province: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers brought the citizen down on a stretcher from the territory of "Zikatar" state reserve and moved to the ambulance. The latter was hospitalized in a medical center.
