On April 19, at 20:32 an emergency call was received at the Lori Regional Operational Management Center reporting that a citizen had sustained a leg injury on the mountainside leading up to the St. Hovhannes Chapel from Hartagyugh settlement: rescuers’ assistance was required.

One fire-rescue unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene. 

Rescuers lowered the citizen from the mountainside using a stretcher.
