On May 10, at 13:40 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management National Center that citizen had been fallen and injured his leg near the chapel called "Saint Hovhannes" in Hartagyugh village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The rescuers lowered the citizen (about 50 meters) and moved to the ambulance.
