On September 21, at 14։01 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that citizen had climbed onto a cliff and was unable to get down near the "Tsaghkevank" church: the rescuers' help was needed.

The operative group from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers safely lowered the citizen from the cliff (about 30 meters) and accompanied (about 1.5 km) to a safe area.
