On October 3, at 14։47 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that car had gotten stuck in a mud puddle near the cemeteries in Jrarat block of Hrazdan town. The rescuers' help was needed.

The operative group and one fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the car got stuck in the river while crossing the river.

The rescuers pulled “Mitsubishi” car out of the river.
