On July 25, at 20:36 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that at a construction site on Arshakunyats Avenue in Yerevan city, a tower crane had malfunctioned, leaving several citizens stranded at a height.

The rescue group from Center for Carrying out Activities of Special Importance of Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The rescuers safely brought down three citizens from the malfunctioning crane.
