On September 2, at 20։52 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Operative Management Center that two citizens had gotten lost in the mountains near the area called "Tsover" in Dsegh village: the rescuers' help was needed.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.
